If your hat arrives bent, don’t worry! These are very easy to reshape. That is totally normal for hat transit. Just lay flat somewhere sunny (kitchen table, dashboard of car) and it’ll lay back down! You can also steam it for 30 seconds and lay it flat with books around the brim to reshape.
