How do I make a return? ALL RETURNS are for store credit only and must be received back in the Flower Wild Studio within 21 days of purchase. *please include your packing slip or a printed copy of your emailed receipt indicating which items you are returning.* We do not usually offer size exchanges because our items sell out often. If you ordered one size that didn't work, the size you need is in stock, we recommend you purchase the items while it is in stock and use your store credit at another time.
If items are not received back within the 21 day window, we reserve the right to refuse the package. At best, we will issue the store credit minus our initial shipping cost and/or 25% restocking fee. If it is over 30 days, we will only issue 50% store credit. This is due to the small inventory we carry and the high turnover rate we have on our items. Sorry to be such sticklers.
Items must be returned in their original packaging with tags in tact, if applicable. Please don't just throw an item in loose in a mailer, as they rip and can ruin the item inside. We are not responsible for items ruined in transit. Again, you MUST INCLUDE A PRINTED COPY of your emailed receipt or your packing slip.
DAMAGES: FW must be notified of a damaged item within 7 days of receipt. After this window, we are not liable for faulty merchandise. No exceptions.
FINAL SALE ITEMS include sale items, jewelry, accessories (scarves, headbands, bandanas, bralettes, etc) and any item purchased as a sale on sale. You may not return items in these categories.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen items, but will do everything we can to rectify the situation!
DISCOUNT CODES/STORE CREDITS: If you are having issues using your store credit, please email us or message on instagram and we will help you immediately! Unfortunately, once an order goes through, we can't retroactively apply it.
